Warranty (used)

Banks Safe & Lock  Co. used safes carry a warranty to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided so as to establish date of purchase. Banks Safe & Lock  Co. will at its option repair or replace any defective part or entire safe. To obtain service on warranty, the safe must be shipped (freight prepaid) to  Banks Safe & Lock  Co.  If  in the Miami Florida area we will dispatch a technician to service safe on site.  Improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, intentional or accidental damage will nullify this warranty. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is offered. This warranty cannot be changed, modified, enlarged or altered without direct written consent from Banks Safe & Lock  Co. Banks Safe & Lock  Co. is not responsible for consequential damage, incidental expenses or personal injury.

RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION

Returned goods can only be accepted after buyer first notifies Banks Safe & Lock  Co. in writing and Banks Safe & Lock  Co. grants permission to do so. All returned goods must be shipped pre-paid.  A return goods authorization number must be obtained and this number must be affixed to all returned goods. An additional charge will be applied for excessive damage on a per unit basis.
